Welcome to CarNeckPillows.com. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchases from Car Neck Pillows (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website’s operation, or misuse another person’s payment or account information.
Products and Pricing
We sell aftermarket automotive comfort accessories, including neck and lumbar pillows. Each standard two-piece set includes one neck pillow and one lumbar pillow in the selected color. One set outfits one seat. Images may show multiple sets for demonstration.
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable taxes and any additional charges are shown at checkout before payment. Product availability and prices may change for future orders.
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, and prices. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before making a material change. If we cannot fulfill your order as agreed, you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders and Payment
Payment is required when ordering. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Orders remain subject to payment verification and availability. We may decline or cancel orders because of suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory shortages, or material listing errors. If we cancel a paid order before shipment, we will issue a full refund.
Please contact us promptly to request an address change or cancellation. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by law.
Shipping and Fulfillment
Car Neck Pillows works with third-party suppliers to fulfill orders. Products may ship directly from suppliers or fulfillment locations in the United States or overseas, depending on inventory availability.
We offer free standard US shipping. The estimated delivery timeframe shown before purchase includes the applicable processing and transit time. Tracking information is provided when available.
If a supplier change would extend the timeframe communicated when you ordered, we will notify you and provide any required options to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns and Refunds
You may try your pillow set and contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return if the comfort or fit is not right for you.
Returned pillows must be clean and undamaged. Customers pay return shipping for comfort, fit, or change-of-mind returns. We cover necessary return shipping when we send an incorrect or defective item.
Contact us before returning merchandise so we can provide the correct instructions and return address. See our Refund Policy for the full process. These conditions do not restrict statutory rights concerning defective or misdescribed products.
Fit, Appearance, and Product Use
Our pillows have a universal-fit design intended for use in cars, SUVs, and trucks. Seating comfort and positioning vary with seat design and individual preferences.
Colors may appear different because of lighting and screen settings. An exact match to your vehicle’s upholstery is not guaranteed.
These products are comfort accessories, not medical devices or vehicle safety equipment. They do not replace the vehicle’s original head restraint or other safety systems.
Install and adjust the pillows while parked. Do not position them where they interfere with seat belts, airbags, controls, visibility, or safe seating. Follow your vehicle manufacturer’s instructions.
Remove covers before washing and follow their care instructions. Do not wash the memory foam inserts.

Website content is owned by Car Neck Pillows or used with permission from its owners. You may not reproduce or commercially distribute protected content without appropriate authorization, except as permitted by law.
Car Neck Pillows is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer. Any third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Events Beyond Our Control
Weather, carrier interruptions, and other events beyond our reasonable control may affect fulfillment. We will communicate material delays and take reasonable steps to resolve them. Such events do not remove cancellation, refund, or other rights provided by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or installation contrary to product or vehicle instructions.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable obligations relating to defective products.
Questions and Payment Disputes
Please contact us if you experience a problem with your order so we can help resolve it. Contacting us is encouraged but is not a condition of exercising payment-dispute or other legal rights.
We may provide relevant order, shipment, and communication records to payment providers when responding to a dispute, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
