What is your return policy?
Contact carneckpillows@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of delivery to request a return. You may install and try the pillows; normal evaluation does not disqualify your return. Items must be clean and undamaged, with both pillows and included covers and accessories returned for a complete set. Send the return within 14 calendar days after we provide instructions. Customers pay return shipping for comfort, fit, or change-of-mind returns.
